EMAAR Beachfront is a man-made island community in Dubai, located between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. The neighborhood has its own private beach and yacht marina. The EMAAR Beachfront development project comprises 27 high-rise buildings and luxury hotels. The development will include upscale residences, restaurants, 80.000 sqm retail space, recreational spots, wellness clubs, lighthouse and a cruise-ships port.
