In June 2023, an investor reached out to us with a request to find a liquid property in Dubai that could be suitable for flipping. He had significant experience in the same sector in Russia and was attracted to the idea of testing the Dubai market. This is why the Greens is very popular with IT workers and large companies that provide accommodation for their employees. However, well-renovated apartments are quite scarce in the area, so people are willing to pay well for their comfort.
