In January 2023, a client came to us asking for a property up to $250.000 in the JLT area. We looked at several properties and settled on a 1-bedroom apartment in Al Waleed Paradise.
JLT neighborhood
JLT is an ideal neighborhood for investment and living.

Eco-friendly: The neighborhood is built around three artificial lakes and has a huge 55,000 m² green park. In winter there is a market, yoga workshops and open-air movie screenings.

Good transport accessibility: 2 metro stations and exit on Sheikh Zayed road, beaches are literally 15 minutes away, and the nearest major shopping center Dubai Marina Mall is 5 minutes away by car.
