In June 2023, an investor approached us with a request to find him a liquid flipping site in Dubai. He is engaged in this business in Russia and wanted to try the Dubai market. The investor trusted us completely and was only involved at the most important stages.

We decided to settle in The Greens neighborhood. It is the nearest bedroom to the Dubai Internet City district, where most IT company offices are concentrated, but there is no housing at all.

The Greens is a low-rise development with quiet streets and plenty of parks. It is close to the metro, Dubai Marina and the main thoroughfares of the city.

Attractions: There are luxurious golf courses, plenty of greenery and beautiful multi-storey buildings. And, at the same time, very close to Dubai Marina.

Good transport accessibility: The area is located in the center of Dubai, close to the famous Dubai Marina and the prestigious Jumeirah district.

Investment Attractiveness: Nearby are the offices of Google, Microsoft and many other IT companies. The Greens is very popular with IT workers, and large companies pick up housing for their employees, but there are very, very few apartments with beautiful renovation. So people are willing to pay well for such beauty.

Since The Greens neighborhood was developed by Emaar more than 15 years ago, most of the properties there are old. A freshly renovated apartment there is a great find.
