In November 2022, a client came to us with a request for a property up to $250,000 near the sea and Marina. We looked at several properties and settled on a 1-bedroom apartment in JLT, which is one of our client's favorite neighborhoods.
JLT neighborhood
JLT is an ideal neighborhood for investment and living.

Eco-friendly: The neighborhood is built around three artificial lakes and has a huge 55,000 m² green park. In winter there is a market, yoga workshops and open-air movie screenings.

Good transport accessibility: 2 metro stations and exit on Sheikh Zayed road, beaches are literally 15 minutes away, and the nearest major shopping center Dubai Marina Mall is 5 minutes away by car.

Developed infrastructure: 2 universities, several kindergartens, many supermarkets, medical centers. You can walk to the Marina and beaches,

Our team prepared a design project for the apartment, made repairs, purchased furniture, decor and everything necessary for living.
Just 1 month after the deal was closed, we rented the apartment for $3200 per month. Net profit from this apartment will be over $25,500 per year (after deducting Colife commission and maintenance costs). Similar apartments in this tower rent for $21,000-23,000 per year, but we were able to get a better price due to the mid-term rent and tenant services.
